The Exclusive World Premiere Of 'Black Star Warrior'

Last summer at the 2010 San Diego Comic Con audiences got a look at the trailer for a supposed 'lost' Star Wars blacksploitation film that had been filmed but the ill fated production was never released. It was later revealed that Black Star Warrior was actually a fan made trailer that was intended to be a sort of Shaft or Superfly in space.

Black Star Warrior Filmmaker and comic book artist Matt Haley is an Albuquerque native. He came back home to the Albuquerque Comic Expo to show the home town crowd the full 15 minute version of the film. There was a large and enthusiastic audience that was eager to see the film. Unfortunately do to unforeseen technical difficulties, Matt never had the opportunity to do so.

Luckily Matt was gracious enough to allow us the opportunity to debut the film here. Without further babbling, here is the World Premiere of the full 15 minute version of Black Star Warrior. Ya Dig?
