First and foremost, D23 is an event for the fans. Yeah, yeah yeah, it's a chance for the Walt Disney company to show off all the stuff they are working on and from that gauge fan interest and chart the course for the next couple years, but in it's magical, fun loving heart, it's a convention for the fans. With that in mind, fans from all over the world spend their time, energy, talent, and in some outrageous cases, a good amount of money coming up with the perfect costume for the D23 Expo. With that in mind we present this gallery of some of the best, weirdest, and wildest fan made costumes from D23 Expo 2015.
