Big news from Disney Parks today is the release of new details and screen shots(above) of the new mobile phone application "Mobile Magic." This GPS enabled app will show you where you are in the park as well as give you up to the minute info on FASTPASS, Dining, and Character Appearances. BUT the big point of interest is that it will only be available for Verizon customers. And it appears that the app IS NOT iPhone compatible. I for one want to say, YIPPEE!!! In a day and age where all the good mobile applications are being created almost exclusively for the iPhone, it is indeed good to see Disney parks leave the iPhone crowd wanting. For me, anyway. Because I don't have an iPhone. But c'mon iPhone people you know Disney wont make you wait too long. To see all the details please visit the Disney Parks Blog.
