And we are Off! Pirates mania is officially underway! The film premieres at Disneyland tomorrow and has already been shown to select audiences, including the audience of Oprah this week as Disney and Johnny Depp surprised the folks with a screening of the new film!
And as if it couldn't get more exciting, Disney is dropping a lot of clips from the film on the internet. Including this beauty, which is by far my favorite. We FINALLY get to see Ian McShane as Black Beard, and looks freak'n AWESOME! and Depp as always nails the awkward subversiveness of Jack. Great clip.
Lastly we get a look at Captain Hector Barbosa, who is obviously a leader of men no matter which side he may throw his allegiance behind. I totally love that Greg Ellis is reprising his role as Lieutenant Theodore Groves for the fourth time, right alongside Geoffery Rush as Barbosa.
