Elevator doors, sidewalk benches, awnings, and even hotel room keys in Downtown San Diego are plastered with film advertisement's. Street lights are draped with banners for movies and television series that wont even be released till next year. There is little doubt that San Diego Comic Con is now underway. One of the films that is most prominently plastered all over the place is The Amazing Spiderman.
Sony and MARVEL want to make sure that those in attendance are well aware of this risky, but highly anticipated film. They are also betting on images like this to set the net on fire, which is of course why we present it to you now. Not much here, but it is obvious with the new Spidey suit, that director Marc Webb is doing his best to make this Spiderman film unique from the Spiderman franchise of the last decade that helped to usher in a rebirth to the comic book movie genre.
