One of the coolest aspects of Star Wars has always been the imaginative and cool ships and vehicles that populate that galaxy far far away. As we reported last week, one of the most coveted Star Wars toys of all time, the Starspeeder 1000 headed to Disney Parks and thanks to Disneyland PR, we now have a few more details.
What we already knew:
-Walt Disney World fans will be able to find the Starspeeder 1000 at Disney's Hollywood Studio's inside the Tatooine Traders store, right next to Star Tours.
-The Starspeeder 1000 action figure play set is set to be released in late December at a retail cost of $54.95.
-The Starspeeder 1000 lights up, has working doors, makes sound and comes with R2-D2. The inside has room for nine action figures plus a pilot.
-The Starspeeder 1000 will be available EXCLUSIVELY at Disney Parks and due to licencing restrictions with Lucasfilm, will never be available at DisneyStore.com.
NEW DETAILS!!!
-The Starspeeder 1000 will be available inside the Disneyland Park at the Star Trader store inside Tomorrowland. As well, the play set will be available outside Disneyland at the World of Disney store, located inside Downtown Disney at the Disneyland Resort.
-The Starspeeder 1000 will include four different destination disks that, when inserted in the front, play dialogue from the attraction!
