Disney & PIXAR have some pretty crafty minds in their marketing department. A full nine months before the release of the film Monsters University, they launch an all new website that is literally, the campus website for the school featured in the film. That, in and of it's self, is quaint and kind of obvious. What really makes this website cool is that no matter where you click, the illusion is never broken. Here we are introduced to what is really the titular character of Monsters University.
We experience the school on it's own terms and like I said, every single page is filled with information that is pretty extensive. So of the info here will no doubt be part of the film. However, not on one single page will you see a character that you are familiar with. I kept clicking, waiting for the obvious cameo of Mike or Sulley. Or even the image of a minor character from the first film. Fact is, there is no such image to be found. You know why? Because Mike Waszowski and James P. Sullivan don't go there yet! Thats right, they become student's the same day the film hit's theaters, June 21st 2013.
