Last night, during NBC's The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, actor Armie Hammer appeared on the show to begin early promotion of The Lone Ranger, and to reveal the very first teaser trailer from the film. Thanks to a very clever viewer with a DVR a bootleg copy of the trailer hit the internet only a few hours later.
Unfortunately, that high resolution version of the trailer was removed by Disney due to the obvious copyright issues. It would seem that Disney wants audiences to get their first glimpse of The Lone Ranger in theaters when FRANKENWEENIE debuts this Friday. However, we wouldn't be very good at what we do if we didn't try REALLY hard to find a copy of the trailer for your viewing pleasure. As it turns out, you can still watch the trailer on HULU.
