With a release date of May 16th 2016, it was only a matter of time before CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR began filming. This week a casting call went out in the Atlanta, Georgia area that called for extra's from "all ethnicities." Included in the casting call was two additional details. First that the film is set to begin filming April 1st, 2015. The second being a pretty reveling plot synopsis that spells out how the film ties in to May's AVENGERS: Age Of Ultron and how the film's story will detour slightly from MARVEL's Civil War comic book story.
Plot Synopsis From MARVEL
Following the events of Age of Ultron, the collective governments of the world pass an act designed to regulate all superhuman activity. This polarizes opinion amongst the Avengers, causing two factions to side with Iron Man or Captain America, which causes an epic battle between former allies.
