Earlier this week we told you that WIZARD WORLD, North America's premiere comic book convention organizers were planning to bring a world class event to Albuquerque. They had already announced that Lou Ferrigno(Incredible Hulk) would be a guest and they have now added two names to the event that should get pop culture junkies pretty excited.
Edward James Olmos has just begun his run on MARVEL's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. which airs on ABC, but Olmos has a long career of iconic roles including his portrayal of Gaff in Blade Runner and roles on television shows like Miami Vice and American Family. Olmos' most notable role for sci-fi fans being the four seasons he portrayed Commander/Admiral William Adama on BATTLESTAR GALACTICA!
Fans of Kevin Smiths films will recognize Joey Lauren Adams from her appearance in Mallrats and her role as Alyssa Jones in Chasing Amy for which she received a Best Actress Golden Globe nomination. She also stared along side Matthew Mcconaughey and Ben Affleck in director Richard Linklaters stoner classic Dazed and Confused.
