In thirteen cities across the globe, Sony & MARVEL debuted a twenty minute sizzle reel of assorted scenes from the all new cinematic incarnation of everybody's favorite web slinger, The Amazing Spider-Man. Attendees at this ultra exclusive event were also treated to celebrity guest appearances and the all new trailer for the film. Now we may not have any celebrities, but we do have the long awaited second trailer for the film.
What is remarkable about this trailer is how convincingly these two minutes of video absolutely separate Amazing Spider-Man from Sam Raimi's Spider-flicks. The tone is darker and the over all feel of the film seems to be absolutely in step with the characters comic book sensibilities.
