Disney is set to unleash the all new Vinylmation Robots series on selected Disney Store locations beginning this Friday, July 22nd. These cool vinyl figures really evoke that retro feel of the kind of pesky "space toy's" from the 1950's that Toy Story 2's Stinky Pete hated so much. In fact I am kind of surprised that this set didn't end up as a Disneyland exclusive, seeing as how the Anaheim theme park just celebrated it's 56th birthday. These things look like they could have been sold in Tomorrowland on opening day! Obviously the Disney folks were thinking the same thing based on this really cool "trailer" for the Vinylmation Robots series.
As we get closer and closer to the fall release of Disney Universe we are getting more & more details about the games playable characters and enviroments. In this all new video we get to see the WALL-E suit for the first time. This game really looks like it is going to be a Disney fans guilty pleasure. Disney Universe is set to premiere on the Playstation 3, XBOX360, and Nintendo Wii, just in time for Christmas.
