It isn't that no one knew that Disney had an upcoming film called "The Odd Life Of Timothy Green." It's was simply that no one was talking about. Then suddenly, the teaser trailer for the film was leaked on the net over the weekend. Disney fans, who were curious about this film they hadn't heard about, scoured the internet for the trailer. Disney had several sources for the video removed but it was still a very easy video to find. Then suddenly, rather than fight the copyright pirates, Disney bows to them and decides to release the trailer, 8 days ahead of the scheduled release date?
I'm not saying that Disney had the trailer leaked, that's preposterous... But BELIEVE ME, If Disney PR wants to keep something from getting out, they certainly will. However, the trailer leak and fan demand for it has made "The Odd Life of Timothy Green" the film that Disney fans are buzzing about leading up to the D23 Expo. Of course, I'm sure that's all merely a coincidence. Having said that, This film looks absolutely adorable. The kind of film that fans of Tim Burton's Big Fish and ABC's defunct, but quirky 2007 show Pushing Daisies are sure to LOVE.
