D23 Relaunches 'Disney Geek' Web series

It seem's that D23 is in the mood for change. Disney's official fan club has completely revamped their long running web series, 'Disney Geek.' The series formerly hosted by Jeffery Epstein has been pulled out of the office and into a new, classy looking set. As a result the show also has a different, more traditional feel. The new format also features two new host's, Billy and Carmen. While the show is still a little rough around the edges, The new 'Disney Geek' is at it's heart exactly what the old one was; A straight forward official report of the latest Disney headlines. Here is Disney's official description of 'Disney Geek's' first all new episode, followed by the episode itself.

Every other week on Wednesdays and Fridays, Disney Geek reports the latest Disney news from around The Walt Disney Company, including theme parks, animation, movies, television, music, home entertainment, special events, and more. This week, D23 Presents Disney Geek returns with a sleek new set and a new team of hosts. The episode includes stories on the 20th anniversary celebration of Disneyland Paris; celebrity announcements for Star Wars Weekends at Walt Disney World Resort; a special D23 Member discount to Disney's newest Broadway show, Peter and the Starcatcher; details on the sequel to Marvel's Captain America; the new film Maleficent starring Angelina Jolie... and much more.
